The Bed and Breakfasts have three rooms, each different from the others and all rooms feature elegant antique furniture. Each room is a mini-suite with a private bathroom, a queen sized bed and a small sitting room. In addition, one room in each B&B is handicap accessible.

-Less than 10 minutes from the Udine/Tarvisio A23 and Venice-Trieste A4 highways (Udine south or Palmanova exit)

-Less than 10 minutes from SS252 Via Napoleonica and State roads SS352 and SS353

-Less than one hour from the Venice, Trieste and Treviso airports

The Bed & Breakfast are located in the heart of Friuli, in the little Rural Village of Lavariano di Mortegliano, near Udine.

From the Corte Alfier Bed & Breakfasts, it is possible to reach Friuli’s main historic centers (Udine, Palmanova, Aquilea, Trieste, Cividale, Passariano e Villa Manin), Friuli’s famous wellness and thermal centers (Grado, Lignano and Magnano in Riviera) and the seaside and mountain villages nestled in the area (like Lignano Sabbiadoro, Grado, Carnia and Tarvisio).
